WHO SHE IS:  Bill and Carol got to know Becky some years ago when she started to date our longtime friend, Alan Helsel. We have subsequently become very good friends (and they have become husband and wife!). Becky is the consummate professional real estate agent. For example, when I referred a friend to her so she could help them sell their home, she asked me to refer them to another realtor because she was not familiar enough with their area. She explained that when helping to sell a home, she believes it is necessary to be intimately familiar with the area and that she makes regular visits to the home to talk with her clients and assure the home is constantly ready for showing. That’s what we’re talking about when we talk about a ServeFirst philosophy—putting the clients’ needs ahead of her own.

Karl Isenburg (Keller Williams Realty)

WHO HE IS:  I first met Karl when our daughters were in the same class together at Sonoran Sky Elementary School some years ago. Our paths crossed again when we both attended City of Scottsdale meetings to discuss the impact on our neighborhoods of the building of the Jewish Community Center at Sweetwater and Scottsdale roads; then the traffic calming plans for Sweetwater Road between Scottsdale and Hayden roads; and, then, the proposed Hayden Road improvements between Shea and Redfield. We saw each other again at Pinnacle Peak Realtor meetings.

Maybe it’s because we seem to have such common interests; maybe it’s because of how I saw Karl show such interest in his daughter’s education; maybe it’s because of how I saw Karl conduct himself at the meetings; or, maybe it’s because Karl is just such a good guy, that I have been telling Karl for some time that he and I are just meant to work together to provide a high level of service and integrity to our mutual friends and clients.
